the breakfast included haggis, and i found it quite tasty. the hosts, john and maddie, were very cute and friendly throughout my stay.
the double room i booked felt quite small. there was only one triple plug socket available, inconvenient for charging devices.

i loved the convenient location near transportation options. my room had ample storage space and a large comfortable bed, perfect for a restful night. i especially enjoyed the large, fresh towels folded creatively. i found bottled water, tea, coffee, and biscuits readily available in my room, a thoughtful touch.
The en suite basin in my room was quite small. I also noticed there was limited availability of plug sockets, which posed a slight inconvenience.

the hotel provides easy access to main attractions. it is situated near the north end with convenient transport links available. strolling into the town center is simple, with a great starting point for exploring the area.

Maddie offered us a choice between our usual room and a cooler one because of the warm weather. The room included a large, comfortable bed and fresh towels shaped into swans. A shower room provided good pressure and complimentary toiletries. The room also had bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and biscuits, all restocked as needed.

The breakfast was really good. I even got offered a tiny bit of haggis.
The double room was quite small, and the en suite basin, also tiny, only had one triple plug socket. it wasn't ideal. These days, everything seems to need a charger. the en suite had a small shower and toilet with a step into it. I would imagine this setup would be difficult for elderly or larger people to use.

I received a genuinely warm welcome from the owners upon my arrival. The room was clean and tidy. It included several amenities. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered various choices. The hotel has a good location. It is quiet. The beach is close. I found it easy to see the attractions by using the tram. The tram stop is just down the road.
The double room was a bit small. The en suite basin in the bedroom had only one triple plug socket.

Breakfast included a selection of cereals. A full English breakfast including toast was available. Juice and tea or coffee were also offered. The breakfast was tasty, and I enjoyed it before a day out.
